Storage

Store in an airtight container in the pantry once opened and it will last for months

Packaging

Vacuum packed for freshness and wrapped in a traditional salame netting

Serving suggestions

Slice and serve as a biscotti with coffee, red wine, dessert wine or grappa

Serve simply on a cheeseboard to pair with fresh goat's cheese or a creamy blue.

Place a slice of your favourite cheese on top of the salame and dress with a strawberry to impress
