We live in Nelson and came to one of the farmers market while in Napier. I have to admit I have not been a fan of Figs in the past but you converted me to this particular salame. It stayed in our fridge for a long while. Until my husband said when are we going to eat this. It is delicious and I am thinking of sending for some.
