From Adversity Comes Innovation - Green Fig Jam

Like most growers in Hawke's Bay we suffered a lot of damage to our fig trees during Cyclone Gabrielle.  Unfortunately figs don't ripen well with trees collapsed on top of each other, leaving us with a lot of unripe figs.  We've made use of what the cyclone has left us with to create our new product - Green Fig Preserve ('Jam')!
