Whole green Preston Prolific figs steeped slowly in a lightly spiced fig leaf syrup.  Limited stock available as only made during the fresh fig season

Ingredients

Figs (75%), water, sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice.  Steeped in fig leaves, ginger, cloves and allspice

18 months unopened

Storage

Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3-4 weeks
